1. Getting them on doesn’t hurt, as they are just glued on.

   Only the first 4 appointments or so caused me a little tenderness.

   I have a VERY low tolerance for pain, and I managed just fine :].

   I actually kinda miss my braces .

   Getting them off hurts a bit, but not a lot…because they are pulled off.

   Really, there is nothing to worry about :].
